How do I cancel?
From your own Whop account, in two clicks. Your machine keeps running until the end of the month you paid for.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Your MT5 lives on a cloud machine we build for you; you reach it through a private link in your browser.
Will it work with my broker?
Any MT5 broker that permits third-party trading software. You enter the login, password and server your broker gave you.
Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?
Yes — one link on any modern browser: iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac or Windows. Every device shows the same positions and chart, because they all point at the same machine.
What happens to my broker password?
It is stored on your own machine and nowhere else — never transmitted to Aurivo's servers. Your machine is not shared with another trader. Administrative access is used only for technical support of the hosting environment, and every such access is logged. Aurivo places no trades, holds no funds and takes no commission from any broker. Does it place trades for me?
Never. Aurivo is a control panel, not a robot — you place every trade. It gives no advice, signals or recommendations of any kind.
How fast is it?
On one live box we measured 7.71 ms to the broker; from a home PC it can be 100–300 ms. Your own figure depends on your broker and where its servers are — we can't promise a specific number.
What if something stops working mid-trade?
Your positions are held at your broker, so they stay open whatever happens to the panel, and stops and targets set at the broker stay in force. Aurivo-run automation — Auto Close, Trail Green, Time Stop, Auto BE — pauses while the engine is down and resumes when it's back, so don't rely on it as your only protection. Your machine restarts MT5 and the engine on its own; if it isn't back within two minutes, a restart button appears. Always keep your broker's own app as a backup way in.
