Your broker credentials, and where they actually live.

Aurivo asks you to enter an MT5 login into software you did not write. That is a reasonable thing to be careful about, so this page sets out exactly what happens to it — and what Aurivo is structurally incapable of doing with your account.

The short answer

Your broker credentials are stored on your own dedicated machine and nowhere else. They are never transmitted to Aurivo's servers, and Aurivo is never given them. Your machine is not shared with another trader. Aurivo places no trades, holds no funds, has no discretion over your account, and receives no commission or rebate from any broker.

Where your credentials go

When your subscription starts, a cloud machine is built for you and MetaTrader 5 is installed on it. You reach that machine through a private link in your browser. The first time you open it, you enter the login, password and server your broker gave you — directly into an interface running on that machine.

Those details are written to a file on that machine's own disk, in a location that is not served over HTTP — it is not reachable from the panel, from the internet, or from us. MetaTrader reads them locally to connect to your broker. That is the whole journey: from your keyboard, to your machine, to your broker.

What Aurivo's own servers hold about you

Your email address, your subscription licence, your machine's address, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your panel password — the kind that can check a password is correct but cannot be reversed to reveal it — plus the operational records described in our Privacy Notice, such as billing country and connection logs. Your broker login is not in any of it and never has been.

One machine, one trader

Your instance is yours alone. It is not shared tenancy, and no other customer's MetaTrader runs beside yours. This is a deliberate design choice and a more expensive one — but a shared machine means one person's crash, one Windows update, or one runaway chart degrades somebody else's fills, and there is no way to move one trader off it without touching the others.

What Aurivo cannot do

These are not policies we promise to follow. They are things the product has no mechanism to do:

Who operates Aurivo

You should be able to find out who is behind a product before you trust it with an account. So:

Operating entityLV Properties Australia Pty Ltd
ACN653 554 959
ABN26 653 554 959
RegisteredVictoria, Australia

"Aurivo Trading" is a registered business name of that company. Both the company and the business name are listed on the Australian Government's public register — you can check them yourself on ABN Lookup without taking our word for any of it. Written enquiries: support@aurivo.trading.

To be straightforward about the dates on that register: the company has existed since 2021, but Aurivo itself is new — the product launched in 2026 and the business name was registered in July 2026. We are not going to dress an established company up as an established trading product.

Try it without connecting anything

The panel has a built-in demo account you can open in one tap. You get the complete product on it — every chart, every command, the real execution path — without entering a broker credential at all. Our recommendation is to spend the free week there first and connect a live account only once you are satisfied, rather than taking any of this page on faith.

The honest limits

Anything on this page that reads as an absolute would be a lie. So here is the rest of it:

Support can reach your machine

Administrative access to your instance exists, and is used only for technical support of the hosting environment. Every such access is logged. We would rather tell you that plainly than claim a machine nobody can service — a stuck terminal on a Sunday night has to be fixable, and any vendor claiming otherwise is either mistaken or not being straight with you.

Software, networks and brokers all fail

Aurivo can be unavailable. So can your broker, and so can the internet between them. Always keep independent access to your broker account — the broker's own terminal or app — so you can manage or close positions if Aurivo is not reachable. Never let this panel be the only way you can get to an open trade.

We are not licensed, and this is not advice

Aurivo is software. We are not a financial adviser, broker or dealer, and hold no Australian Financial Services Licence. Nothing Aurivo does considers your objectives, financial situation or needs. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, most retail traders lose money, and you can lose more than your deposit.

Check with your broker, and mind where you live

Confirm your broker permits third-party trading software before subscribing — most do, but it is your account and your responsibility. Aurivo is not available to residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the European Union or wider EEA. If your broker asks about the arrangement, ask us and we will give you a written statement you can forward to them.
